He has undertaken legal representation in over 40 libel cases (a core part of his practice interest) at various jurisdiction, and was legal counsel responsible for legal advisory and contracts drafting for the international film, Eyimofe (This is My Desire).
He served as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Guardian Newspapers Ltd, the flagship of the Nigerian Press, for over a period of 5years, and during the time, a member of its editorial board. He continues to serve as company secretary providing corporate governance advisory services for a number of organizations.
